Graphic Design Support

We are Customer and Employee Obsessed. Our NEW campaign requires for graphic designers with experience in Adobe InDesign and real estate experience.

Tasks

1. Collect and organize raw data, text, image files prior to beginning graphic production.
2. Populate and edit multi-page graphic templates in Adobe InDesign (30+ page offering memorandums/proposals).
3. Export PDF drafts for client review.
4. Document project notes/updates in writing.
5. Independently review their work using a quality control checklist.
6. Actively communicate with staff via Microsoft Teams.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a relevant role.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Commercial real estate or brokerage industry experience (strong plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization.
