Graduate Training Programme

Heritage Petroleum Company Limited (Heritage) is recruiting candidates for our 2025-2027 Graduate Training Programme.

We are a state-owned company in the business of exploration, development and production of crude oil.  

Trainees will benefit from progressive work experiences, development of core competencies and opportunities to practice innovative ideas and approaches.

We will be recruiting and selecting graduates in the following disciplines:

• Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Process, Reservoir and Petroleum)
• Geoscience
• Commercial
• Information Technology
• Health, Safety and Environment
• Law
• Procurement

To be eligible for our Graduate Training Programme, you must:

• Be a national of Trinidad and Tobago
• Possess a minimum of a first degree from a recognised and accredited university or educational institution, with a minimum GPA of 3.5, in a course of study relevant to Heritage’s business operations
• Possess a Legal Education Certificate (Law discipline)
• Have graduated within the last two (2) years
• Have no more than two (2) years' working experience
