Location: Barbados
Salary $80BB per day
PERSONS ARE REQUIRED TO GET A CERTIFICATE OF CHARACTER AND HAVE A RECENT DRUG TEST COMPLETED

Job Description:
As a General Worker focused on cleaning duties, you will be stationed at a Manufacturing Company. You will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout our manufacturing facility. Your role will be essential in promoting a safe and organized workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping,dusting and sanitizing machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning chemicals or operating equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and tasks distribution.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is advantageous but not required..
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Barbados.
