General Practitioner

Bougainvillea Clinic seeks to employ a General Practitioner to provide medical coverage for all visiting specialist doctors and provide GP services in the clinic.

1. Treat acute and chronic illnesses and provide preventative care

2. Develope care plans for health in consultation with patients and with current evidence based pracices and management protocols.

3. Evaluate patients through exams and investigations such as laboratory test and imaging to diagnose diseases or injuries.

4. Prescribe medication, treatment or therapy to patients .

5. Explain test reslts and medical procedures to patients

6. Consult with other Doctors about specialized needs of patients

7. Refer patients according to the specialist  for management.

8. Provide medical coverage for patients under the care of visiting specialist during their absence, acting as liason between patient and consultant.

9. Provide house officer duties for all admitted patients in collaboration with consultants.
