We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic General Manager to spearhead the operations of ECACH. What You Will Do

Strategic Vision:

- Develop and implement innovative strategies that will expand and enhance ECACH’s service offerings.

- Oversee financial models, feasibility assessments, and service options to align with the Company's growth objectives.

Project Leadership:

- Lead the ECACH Upgrade Project, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

- Coordinate with participating banks, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

- Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to the Board and key regulators.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and uphold the highest standards of governance.

- Manage relationships with outsourced providers, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to contracts.

- Spearhead educational initiatives to increase awareness of ACH products among participants and customers.

What We are Looking For:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 7+ years in a senior commercial or banking role, with strong experience in project management and vendor relations.

Skills & Competencies:

- Expertise in financial law, payment systems, and regulatory compliance would be an important asset.

- Proficient in leveraging current technology and systems to oversee and guide electronic financial transaction processing, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
