Accounts Receivable & Collections (2 to 5 years experience)

The BLEWSTREAM Ecosystem is seeking professionals to work in a hybrid capacity with 2 to 5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Collections.

Duties:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes.
• Perform collections activities to recover outstanding funds.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and send out invoices and statements.
• Prepare regular reports on receivables and collections performance.

Requirements:
✔️ 2 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related role.
✔️ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA or CPA is an asset.
