Payroll & Tax (6 to 10 years experience)

BLEWSTREAM is seeking professionals to work in a hybrid capacity with 6 to 10 years’ experience in Payroll and/or Tax.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage the entire payroll process for the company.
• Ensure compliance with local, and/or U.S. and or Canadian tax regulations.
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll operations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation and benefits planning.

Requirements:
✔️ 6 to 10 years of experience in payroll and tax management.
✔️ Advanced proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
✔️ In-depth understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
✔️ Strong leadership and organizational skills.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA or CPA is an asset
