A chain of service stations is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Gas Station Managers to join their teams in Trelawny and Clarendon. If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for excellence and customer service, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring timely and accurate petroleum deliveries.
• Maintain adherence to international petroleum safety standards and company security policies.
• Train staff, including Pump Attendants, in safety, security, and customer service standards to foster loyalty.
• Conduct semi-annual performance evaluations and manage disciplinary issues.
• Monitor daily cash inflows, shift worksheets, and ensure accurate stock inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the station and ensure pumps and facilities are in optimal condition.
• Build strong customer relationships by ensuring top-notch service, including loyalty programs and special offers.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support station operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business Administration.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Gas Station Manager, preferably in the petroleum industry.
• Strong leadership, management, and customer relationship skills.
• Training in petroleum safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of integrity.
