We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Ocho Rios office. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, efficient workflows, and a positive work environment.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:
