Facilities Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and operations of our Staff accommodation facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the facility is safe, efficient, and well-maintained, while also providing exceptional customer service to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the facilities team, including maintenance, housekeeping, and groundskeeping staff
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
- Develop and manage budgets for facilities maintenance and operations

Requirements:

- Certifcate/Degree in Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a hospitality or related industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing facilities operations, maintenance, and budgets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and supervise teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards
