The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for the company, greeting and directing visitors and calls to the appropriate employees or departments. This role also actively monitors the camera system to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Receive and direct visitors to relevant departments/ employees.
  • Directs incoming calls to relevant departments/ employees, also answers and refer inquires.
  • Maintain incoming, and outgoing mail logs, and advise relevant person of non-collection of mail.
  • Follow security procedures in case of emergency, issues visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs.
  • Obtains help/ assistance by sounding alarms.
  • Secures premises and personnel by monitoring surveillance cameras. 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 CXC passes or CAPE.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven work experience in similar position.
