The Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Finance function and implementing the strategy and direction for the function.

The Caribbean Credit Card Corporation Limited (4Cs) is a technology and e-Payments processing company operating in the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis. The Corporation is a 24/7 operation with a team of approximately 70 employees, providing services across the Caribbean Region.

Reports to: Deputy General Manager-Administration

 

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Finance function and implementing the strategy and direction for the function.  In addition, the role shall identify and implement systems, polices and processes for the Finance function which will improve financial monitoring, risk management, accountability and growth across the company.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Perform financial management duties, including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
  • Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
  • Develop a comprehensive work program to ensure that the responsibilities of the Finance departments are effectively carried out, to include:
    • account reconciliations,
    • compliance with tax and financial reporting standards
    • cash flow forecasting
    • accurate documentation and storage of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
    • payroll processing
    • plan and coordinate annual financial audits
  • Advise colleagues, executive management, and the Board of Directors on decisions related to the company’s finances.
  • Execute the strategic planning and implementation process
  • Explore financing options for the company and make recommendations to management
  • To establish and maintain a financial risk & compliance management framework for the company
  • Provide effective leadership to the Finance team to include communication, engagement, performance management, professional development, and capacity building.

NORMAL HOURS OF WORK          

8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA, ACCA)
  • 8+ years of financial leadership experience
  • Familiarity with financial software and systems
  • Proficient in MS Office

 

Salary

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
