Blue Waters St. Lucia Ltd is inviting Suitably Qualified and Experienced persons to join our Team in the capacity of Accountant.

In this leadership role, the Accountant supports the decision making in the company by providing timely and accurate financial information regarding the business of the company as well as ensuring the integrity of the assets and liabilities of the company. Prepares monthly cash flow forecasts, budgets and rolling estimates and monitors and reports performance against these plans.

Responsibilities include:

• Timely and accurate reporting of financial results to management
• Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
• Preparation of annual budgets and monthly rolling estimates
• Establishment and maintenance of accounting and financial records
• Establish appropriate accounting controls and procedures to control assets and liabilities of operation
• Facilitate financial and other statutory audits
• Management of all company taxation requirements to ensure compliance
• Coaching team members in performing tasks, including use of systems

Qualifications and Skills:

• ACCA, BSc in Accounting or equivalent qualification, preferably with experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in an accounting role with at least 5 years of experience using recognized accounting software.
• Highly competent in use of MS Excel for reporting, modeling and analysis as well as MS PowerPoint for presentations.
•  Knowledge of MS Dynamics GP 2013 Accounting Software will be an asset.
