We are seeking Field Supervisors for our client in St. Ann and Trelawny.
FIELD SUPERVISORS - (St. Ann's Bay, Trelawny & Ocho Rios)
JOB SUMMARY:
The overall responsibilities of the Field Supervisor are ensuring that the territory operates efficiently and profitably within the organization. In this role, you will demonstrate your sales, marketing, customer service and management skills by being proactive and efficient to guarantee that the branch exceeds all sales targets and maintains stock levels as per agreed company guidelines.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Maintain current client relationships and develop the customer base.
Visiting customers at their respective locations regularly.
Maintain Department/Branch budget.
Monitor, mentor, and train junior staff such as promoters.
Maintain highly organized and updated client files.
Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared goals.
Maximizing growth and profitability by developing plans to increase business.
Ensuring high levels of service are maintained.
Meeting with area and regional managers to share best practices.
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Direct oversight of daily logistics.
Uphold the excellent reputation of our firm.
Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time in accordance with company operations.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Sales/Marketing.
At least one year of experience in a Supervisory or Management preferably in the petroleum and/or automotive industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Exceptional organizational, and analytical skills and aptitude for numbers.
Sales and persuasion skills.
The ability to stay organized.
The ability to lead a team in a professional manner.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
Must have good decision-making skills.
Must be able to coach others.
The ability to maintain strict confidentiality with discretion.
Great interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of computer equipment such as printers/scanners and fax machines.
