Job Title:  Factory Manager

 

Salary: $10,000.00 

 

Employment Type: Permanent 

 

Working Days/ Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily, Saturday and after hours by request.

 

Summary of Role

The Manager carries out all work associated with management of production and Installation of all the products of the company.

 

Key Responsibilities listed but not limited to:

 

• Ensuring production and installation staff are utilized in such a manner to maximize efficiency based on their strengths, skills and time taken to do tasks in the process of production and installation.

 

• Ensuring staff is punctual for arriving on time daily as well as meetings, site visits, installations, job deadlines, etc.

 

• Ensuring all tools and machinery are being used and kept correctly.

 

• Ensuring that the company’s quality of product and services are upheld via intermittent and final checks and testing of all blinds both in production and on job sites.

 

• Creating ways to improve efficiencies of staff and processes.

 

• Controlling storage, use and ordering of stock to minimize wastage and ensure that orders can always be filled in a timely manner and within company delivery times.

 

Requirements:

 

Five (5 )CXC passes Math and English compulsory.

At least 3-5 years experience in monitoring staff, dispatching, inventory, general distribution and factory warehousing.
