• Physical and mental fitness to perform duties such as lifting, pushing and pulling heavy loads

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory

• An understanding of safety regulations for manual material handling processes

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks and moving them to designated storage areas

• Identifying damaged goods and report them to supervisors

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all times

• Adhering to safety regulations while on the job

• Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
