Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator. This role will provide essential support in enhancing the workplace environment by assisting with employee experience initiatives and aiding in day-to-day facilities operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a proactive approach to supporting a positive workplace culture. 

Responsibilities: 

Facilities Coordinator Assistance: 

  • Support the coordination of day-to-day facility operations to maintain a safe, clean, and functional work environment. 

  • Aid in overseeing maintenance tasks, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. 

  • Assist in managing inventory, procurement, and budget tracking for office supplies, and facility-related expenses. 

  • Providing administrative assistance to the facilities management team, which may include managing schedules, preparing reports, responding to inquiries, and maintaining documentation. 

  • Collaborating with various departments or teams to ensure facilities-related needs are met effectively. Communicating updates, changes, or relevant information to stakeholders within the organization. 

Education Requirements:

▪  High school diploma or equivalent required

▪  Post Secondary education is considered an asset.
