FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

The incumbent will be required to design restaurant layout/including services and provide general leadership

• Operated  restaurant (s) managing multiple teams/locations.
• Developed and implemented Food and Beverage strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Designed operational budget to ensure that revenue growth is aligned.
• Establish operational standards and ensure consistent compliance with regulations.
• Work well with Commercial team to drive visibility and profitability.

• Over five (5) years  leadership experience in food and beverage operations.
• Excelled at financial management, including budgeting, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated innovation in menus, service models, and customer experiences.
• Thrived in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.
• Shown that you are a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly
