Are you a creative, detail-oriented, individual with a passion for marketing and a keen interest in the Real Estate Industry? We are currently seeking a dedicated Executive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
  • Create and develop engaging and creative content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the brand message and drive engagement.
  • Coordinate and plan open house viewings and meetings with both internal and external parties.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics by monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to ensure marketing strategies remain competitive and relevant.
  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including efficient calendar management, seamless travel arrangements, and meticulous database oversight to ensure smooth operations and effective decision-making.

 Desirable Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset to develop compelling marketing content.
  • Passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our team.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

 Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • A minimum of three (3) years professional experience would be an asset.
