JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Manager of Security Operations is a master communicator, innovative thinker and driven professional who acts as a key advisor to the Managing Directors and Executive Team. This dynamic and performance driven leader, collaborates with stakeholders to communicate and implement effective security strategies. 
Under the leadership of the Managing Directors, the Executive Manager of Security Operations is a high-level executive responsible for creating, managing and maintaining an organization’s Security Operations. 
As the Head of Security Operations, the incumbent is responsible for establishing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, manpower analysis, training needs assessments and policies and procedures to protect the company's physical and workforce infrastructure and clients.
The core mandate is to reform and maintain a robust security framework that addresses various aspects, physical security manpower strategies, risk management and incident response.
 The incumbent will collaborate closely with the operations management team to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks and develop preventive measures.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
• To conduct a complete and comprehensive review of TSSL’s operations to identify gaps and present recommendations for strategic, corrective or remedial actions.
• Conduct a complete training needs assessment for Security operations, inclusive of a comprehensive training and onboarding plan for newly recruited operations personnel.
JOB DESCRIPTION
 • Conduct a review of major client locations and make recommendations for the improvement of operations at sub locations.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive security operations framework for static and CIT Operations to protect the company's assets, infrastructure and people.
• Designing and implementing security policies, procedures and protocols to mitigate operational risks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess risks, identify vulnerabilities and devise preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Departmental managers for the design and implementation of strategies for rostering of employees to ensure adequate manpower consistently.
• Collaborate with the Human Resource Manager to develop strategies for recruitment and retention of top tier operational staff.
• Leading security awareness programs and training initiatives to educate employees about best practices and other relevant training programs.
• Review incident response activities, including conducting investigations, root cause analysis and developing corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies and industry associations.
• Build and maintain excellent professional relationships and comradery among staff at all levels to ensure optimal morale and performance.
KSA REQUIREMENTS: 
 Knowledge: Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology. Knowledge of general security industry standards and methods
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, written and verbal, excellent interpersonal skills

Physical requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Concentrating on reports which require hand/eye coordination. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs in the course of duties
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The position requires frequent commuting to various client locations and external meetings.
