We are looking for a professional Executive Chef competent in following our established culinary specifications and guidelines.

The successful candidate will employ proven kitchen experience and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5 years experience as an Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager.
• BSc. in Hospitality and Tourism or Culinary Arts or Professional studies in at a supervisory level in the field.
• Experience working with a franchise or restaurant system.
• Must have recent background in menu item creation, costing, and roll-out.
• Strong background in management and coaching of back of the house team members including food preparation, production and safety and sanitation.
• Familiar with industry best practices.
• Working knowledge of software such as MS Office, Restaurant Management Software, Point of Sale Systems.
• Well developed oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, late shifts and public holidays.
• Possess strong leadership skills and holds oneself to a high standard.
• Holder of a valid food handlers permit.
