Executive Assistant
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, managing schedules, and maintaining efficient systems. Your ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and prioritize tasks will be crucial in facilitating the accomplishment of key organizational objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently manage the Managing Director's calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system to ensure quick and easy retrieval of documents.
- Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy to manage digital communication, documents, and presentations.
- Perform the role of Office Manager by ensuring compliance with company policies and the orderly functioning of workstations.
- Exhibit exceptional multitasking abilities by handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating initiative in resolving challenges and making informed decisions.
- Showcase strong time management skills to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) or equivalent in Management Studies or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in a similar executive assistant position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to arrange and manage schedules with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Initiative and prioritization skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Effective time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timelines.
- Highly organized with the capability to adapt swiftly to shifting priorities.
- Ability to act as an office manager and uphold company policies.
