We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant with paralegal experience to support our executive team and assist with administrative and legal tasks. 
Key Responsibilities:
      •     Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
      •     Organize and maintain legal files, contracts, and healthcare-related documents in compliance with regulations.
      •     Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including healthcare agreements, contracts, and correspondence.
      •     Assist with legal research, case management, and preparation of documents related to healthcare regulations and compliance.
      •     Handle communication between executives, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring that both administrative and legal matters are addressed promptly and efficiently.
      •     Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and conferences for the executive team.
      •     Perform general office management duties, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a productive work environment.
      •     Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents required for legal and executive meetings.
      •     Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
      •     Provide additional support as needed to assist the legal department and executive team in various administrative functions.
Required Qualifications:
      •     Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
      •     At least 1 year of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
      •     Strong understanding of legal terminology, healthcare regulations, and document preparation.
      •     Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      •     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
      •     Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
      •     Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
      •     Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
      •     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
      •     Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with healthcare contracts and legal compliance.
      •     Familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations, including patient confidentiality laws (HIPAA or similar).
      •     Knowledge of legal research tools.
      •     Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
