Our client is offer an innovative dining concept event in Kingston serving gourmet cuisine with curated music experiences. We offer intimate, invite-only events for memorable experiences.  

Required Certifications

• Valid Food Handler's Permit from the Ministry of Health
• HEART/NSTA Trust Culinary Certification
• Additional culinary certifications will be considered an asset

Role Overview

We're seeking a creative and certified culinary expert for our events and to contribute to menu development. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on event dates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations for monthly/weekly pop-up events
• Assist in menu development and refinement
• Manage food preparation and service execution
• Ensure compliance with all Jamaican food safety regulations
• Contribute creative input to concept development
• Collaborate on event planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• All required Jamaican culinary certifications as listed above
• Minimum 3 years professional cooking experience
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently
