Responsible for the achievement of solution operation indicators within Jamaica and the Latin America region. MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH AND MANDARIN
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
(1) Responsible for the achievement of solution operation indicators within Jamaica and Latin America, including market targets and order/revenue targets.
(2) Market planning, customer insight, opportunity identification, and verification of products and solutions in the region, determine the solution development strategy in the region, and expand the participation space.
(3) Promote solution sales, understand customers' business pain points and requirements through customer dialogue and technical communication, and guide customers to recognize them. Improve the project success rate through effective competition analysis, differentiated solutions, and quotation.
(4) Responsible for brand awareness, market planning, and marketing activities of products and solutions according to head quarter's vision to build and incorporate a sound market environment from a global perspective.
(5) Responsible for the project bidding process (including product configuration and contract entry).
(6) Responsible for weekly reporting and collaborating with head quarters and local clients via workshops in Jamaica.
Service Skill Requirements:
1. Familiar with product knowledge such as IP, IT, and cloud, have strong product and solution design and communication skills, and have successful project experience preferred.
2. Cisco certificates will be a plus
3. Strong technical solution development capabilities
Professional knowledge requirements:
1. Bilngual, fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
2. Strong customer communication skills
3. Able to gain insight into customer pain points and requirements and effectively present solutions.
4. Project operation capability: Act as the project organizer and be able to participate in and complete most project expansion tasks.
5. Partner relationship building capabilities: Be able to establish and maintain universal channel partner relationships, and plan and implement partner enablement in a timely manner.
Transaction management capability: Be able to participate in project negotiation and reasonably manage and handle customer requirements and disagreements.
