LASCO Financial Services Limited seeks to identify an energetic and dynamic talent seeking an opportunity to expand his/her career in the Human resource discipline, building on a momentum that is already in motion. The talent will create a thriving work environment that drives employee engagement, fosters effective communication, and optimizes talent development and retention strategies.

 

Core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing and executing the employee engagement programme
  • Coordinating and scheduling various meetings and events for employees
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for the company
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee morale and job satisfaction
  • Support the effective execution of the company’s training and development programme
  • Assist with administration of the performance management process
  • Data collection, analysis and report generation to support effective decision making
  • Employees record administration and compliance
  • Preparation, presentation and communication of HR notices and information
  • Monitoring absence schedule for employee populace
  • Any other duties assigned

 

Education/Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in employee engagement, culture building, and talent development.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and employee engagement platform
  • Certification in employee engagement, culture development, or training and development is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
