The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns of all electrical and instrumentation systems on the plant.
Maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns of all electrical and instrumentation systems on the plant inclusive of all automation and electrical power and backup systems;
Planning and executing scheduled maintenance activities and projects;
Executing preventive and predictive maintenance activities;
Recommending and implementing plant modifications and improvements;
Assisting in development of maintenance procedures and safety systems;
Spare parts review as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technician Diploma (EEET)
2. Good analytical skills for problem solving and data presentation.
3. A minimum of four (4) years’ related experience in a process environment.
4. Working knowledge of instrumentation, control valves, Plc control systems, gas analyzers, variable frequency drives, motors and starters.
5. Proficiency with basic office software and computer applications.
6. An equivalent combination of training & experience may also be considered
