Job Summary

Develops and manages export sales and negotiations of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales levels to budget requirements.

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Research and solicit maintain new accounts
  2. Achieve sales levels to budget requirements
  3. Prepare accurate monthly reports
  4. Build good working relationships at all levels within the customer organization
  5. Manage resources to achieve committed timescales for orders and ensure customer requirements are being met
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction meet or exceed company targets
  7. Prepare annual budget and marketing and sales plan for export
  8. Perform any other duties as required by the job function.                   

Qualifications

  1. B.Sc. in Management with an emphasis in Marketing and Sales from a recognized tertiary institution

Experience

  1. At least 1-2 years relevant work experience in marketing environment
  2. Strong track record influencing customer relationships and closing sales
  3. Experience in logistics will be an asset

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  1. Ability to create and execute strategic marketing plan
  2. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  3. Must be a team player
  4. Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  5. Self motivator
