Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair system failures.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and procedures while working with electrical systems and hazardous materials.
Document maintenance and repair activities, including updating equipment logs and maintenance schedules.
Stay updated with technological advancements and industry standards in EIA systems.
Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Instrumentation Technology, or related fields.
Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems
Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and process instrumentation would be an asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read electrical and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs, wiring diagrams, etc.).
Understanding of safety regulations and practices related to electrical work.
