Job Summary:

As a Dish Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen. Your main responsibilities will include operating the dishwashing machine, ensuring all kitchenware and utensils are properly cleaned, and assisting with all kitchen and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize plates, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure proper storage of clean items in designated areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning duties.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

✔️ Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
✔️ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
✔️ Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen is an asset but not required.
