JP Snacks Caribbean Limited, subsidiary of Pan Jamaica Group, a diverse Company and a supplier of a wide range of JP St. Mary’s tropical snacks locally and internationally (USA, Canada, UK, the Caribbean, Central America) is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

 

The successful candidate must be highly motivated, adaptable and proactive to be a part of a Marketing Team charged with leading the Digital Marketing initiatives with the primary objective of supporting and aligning digital strategies with business goals and objectives. 

 

 

The key requirements of this role are as follows:-

 

  • Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
  • Plan, create, and manage platform-specific content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain a digital content calendar to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with designers and agencies to produce visually optimized assets for campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Build relationships with influencers and digital partners to drive engagement and growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Support and execute paid digital advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent integration of campaigns across all digital channels.

 

Other responsibilities of this role include (but not limited to):-

 

  • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices, sharing fresh ideas with the team.
  • Align digital strategies with business objectives by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support special projects like website updates, e-commerce, and influencer collaborations.
  • Assist in crisis management by promptly addressing issues on digital platforms.

 

 

To be a part of our Team the following qualifications, key competencies and qualities are required:-

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Proficient in scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Google Analytics)
  • Experienced in analyzing metrics and presenting insights via Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative storyteller with attention to detail, skilled in producing engaging digital content.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Skilled in managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of social media metrics and their alignment with business goals
