We are looking for highly organized candidate with great attention to detail for the position of data coordinator.

As a Data coordinator, you will be responsible for transforming and transferring data upon request by the analyst.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets, templates, and databases to support various business functions.
• Perform data entry, data validation and data cleaning tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
• Utilise Excel functions and formulas (e.g., SUM, VLOOKUP, FIND, INDEX, MATCH,ROUND,TEXT, COUNTIF, IF statements etc) to analyse and manipulate data.
• Generate reports and present data in a clear and organised manner using pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
• Implement Excel-based process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with staff and external associates

 Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum CSEC requirements to include Math and English Language
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases and the ability to write simple queries would be an asset
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite; primarily Excel at the Advanced or Expert Level.
