DIVE INSTRUCTOR/DIVE MASTER/BOAT CAPTAIN

ScubaCaribe is seeking customer service oriented individuals to join the team.

WANTED: PADI CERTIFIED DIVE INSTRUCTORS/DIVE MASTERS

To provide quality service to our clients while ensuring a safe and fun
environment. The ideal candidate must:

• Have all required licenses and certifications
• Have knowledge of the marine environment
• Have previous experience working as a diver
• Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Possess excellent organization and leadership skills
• The ability to speak other languages (Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, 
• French) would be an asset.

WANTED: BOAT CAPTAINS

Location: Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Negril, Falmouth, Green Island

To ensure that all safety guidelines stipulated by the local governing agencies (RLSS, TPDCo, JTB, NEPA, MAJ) and ScubaCaribe standards are adhered to. The ideal candidate must:

• Be able to perform CPR and First Aid.
• Have all required licenses and certifications
• Be able to perform lifeguard duties in case of emergency.
• Have knowledge about the environment in which they work.
• Be able to remain calm in emergencies, on land or at sea.
• Be able to identify squalls and other warning signs of rough seas and/or tropical depressions.
• Possess a pleasant personality
• Have good inter-personal skills
• Be focused and  able to pay attention to details
• Possess good communication skills
• Be able to anticipate guest’s need and fill them
• Be flexible with regards to time
• Be able to travel between locations; Negril, Ocho Rios, Montego Bay.
