Senior Bartender
The Tryall Club is seeking a lively, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Bartender to join our amazing team!

SENIOR BARTENDER
The Senior Batender will be responsible for providing the highest quality of service to homeowners and guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. All while ensuring the "Jamican hopitality" is felt through every interaction.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
¡ High School graduate
¡ 3 years experience as a bartender or in a similar role as listed above.
¡ Restaurant service experience
¡ Fluency in a foreign language, preferably Spanish
¡ Certification in alcohol awareness program
¡ Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for restaurant clientele
¡ Good communication skills
¡ Excellent knowledge of beverages, wines, and cocktails
¡ Ability to work under pressure.
¡ Demonstrate proper health and safety standards as mandated by Ministry of Health.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Mix ingredients according to standardized drink recipes.
- Prepare all condiments and garnishes.
- Wash glassware and utensils after each use.
- Pour wine and beer.
- Clean up after customers and clean work area.
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Perform physical activities such as lifting and stooping.
- Monitor and maintain an inventory of supplies.
