RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To prepare and submit documents utilizing the ACE and Asycuda system ensuring the timely clearing/processing of cargo.
2. Lodge physical documents at Customs house/shipping agencies as needed.
3. To be present at the import/export of bonded as required.
4. To upload payment receipts to TT BizLink and ensure agency releases.
5. To work with team members to ensure the accurate and timely import/export of cargo.
6. Knowledge of Customs Laws & procedures in relation to Chapters 78:01 & 78:03 of the Constitution, regulations, and system training etc.
7. To assist with the clearance of LCL/FCL cargo.
8. To maintain relations with key stake-holders.
9. Ensure compliance with established HSSE and Housekeeping policies and procedures.
10. To perform any duties which are related but limited to the above as requested by Management.

• Timeliness in the presentation of any data as requested by the Manager.
• Excellent customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 CXC passes-English Language compulsory
• Grade II Customs Clerk License
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar field
