  • Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of request; answering questions; offering assistance.

  • Accomplishes Customer Service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone and ticketing system.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months Customer Service experience, preferably in Shipping & Logistics

  • Customer Service certification is a plus.

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Create relationships from a cold start.

  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

  • Must be highly self-motivated.

  • Professional phone etiquette.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.
