Requirements:
At least 6 months Customer Service experience, preferably in Shipping & Logistics
Customer Service certification is a plus.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Create relationships from a cold start.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Professional phone etiquette.
Team player with a positive attitude.
