Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries with expertise and courtesy, ensuring all interactions are positive and efficient.
• Assist with sales transactions, offering knowledgeable advice on our products and services.
• Selling our services to customers with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Upselling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Delivering exceptional service while building strong relationships with clients.
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing front desk or service area.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for satisfaction.
• Uphold company standards for presentation, always keeping a professional demeanor.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Five (5) CXC passes.
• Previous experience in front-facing customer service roles, such as counter sales or front desk positions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage with customers.
• Well-groomed and dressed to reflect the professionalism of our brand.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• A valid driver's permit with a minimum of four years of driving experience.
• A clean certificate of character.
