As a Customer Service Representative in retail clothing, you'll assist with product inquiries, offer style advice, process transactions, maintain store organization, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Store Maintenance: Ensure the store remains neat, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves, folding clothes, and maintaining clean and tidy displays. A well-kept store reflects the brand's quality and helps attract and retain customers.
Problem Resolution: Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Your ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently will ensure customer satisfaction and build trust with shoppers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals, keep the store stocked, and maintain a positive work environment. A strong team spirit is essential to providing excellent customer service and meeting store targets.
