A Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, provides product info, and ensures satisfaction through phone, email, and chat, maintaining professionalism and accurate records. We are recruiting for a Hardware WE ARE RECRUITING FOR HYLINE LABEL COMPANY LTD.

Role Description:

  1. Provide administrative support
  2. Non-exhaustive
  3. Process customer orders
  4. Follow up on orders
  5. Must be abled bodied
  6. 6 day work week based on a roster
  7. O'deliver Duties as required:
  • Taking customer orders for delivery via courier 
  • Booking the order via online 
  • Picking the item off the shelf & labeling for the correct customer 
  • Dispatching when the courier comes to collect 

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary school education
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office
  • Prior experience in an office setting (an asset)
  • One year exerperience
  • Fluent in English Language
