Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers warmly and helping them with any questions and concerns.
  • Giving customers accurate and helpful information on our products and services.
  • Answering phones and assisting customers on the phone or filtering calls to the appropriate department.
  • Analyzing the customers needs and recommending the appropriate product.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • High School Diploma/ 5 CXC including Math and English
  • One to Two year’s experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Must be able to learn quickly, enjoy working with others and possess a positive and friendly attitude.
