Branch Supervisor (Brown Box - Mandeville)

Purpose of the Role

To execute the daily operations of the location through effectively guiding team members in delivering excellence in the customer’s experience, and achievement of targets.

Principal Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations and store agents,
• Support the planning and implementation of strategies for the growth of business for the location,
• Efficiently schedule staff for work to ensure prompt attention to handling shipments, and to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items,
• Maintain and timely submit accurate reports on goods shipped and received,
• Handle location issues, including but not limited to shipping, inventory handling, or customer complaints, and escalate in a timely manner where necessary,
• Respond in a timely manner to internal and external requests for information regarding services provided.
• Ensure that all personnel within the scope of responsibility maintain compliance with established policies, including safety, security, and use of company assets.

 Minimum Education & Experience

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent,
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, or similar applications.
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in a customer-facing/retail environment or logistics, preferably as a team leader.
• Appreciation of basic financial and accounting practices.
