LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • In-house Sales of equipment and supplies sold by the company
  • Preparation of Proforma Invoices and Quotations for customers
  • Prepare Purchase Orders to Suppliers
  • Preparation of documents for clearance if imported items
  • Liaising with Customs Brokers to ensure efficient receipt of imports
  • Filing of Purchase Orders, invoices ad oither relevant correspondence
  • Keeping log of Equipment on warranty
  • Receiving Goods on Computer System
  • Maintaining Purchase Order logs
  • Paying Overseas Suppliers
  • Maintaining adequate stationery supplies for the office
  • Disbursing and maintaining Petty Cash
  • Communicating with clients via telephoine, general correspondence, emails and letters
  • Preparation of Thank You letters to all customers
