In-house Sales of equipment and supplies sold by the company
Preparation of Proforma Invoices and Quotations for customers
Prepare Purchase Orders to Suppliers
Preparation of documents for clearance if imported items
Liaising with Customs Brokers to ensure efficient receipt of imports
Filing of Purchase Orders, invoices ad oither relevant correspondence
Keeping log of Equipment on warranty
Receiving Goods on Computer System
Maintaining Purchase Order logs
Paying Overseas Suppliers
Maintaining adequate stationery supplies for the office
Disbursing and maintaining Petty Cash
Communicating with clients via telephoine, general correspondence, emails and letters
