The job requires someone with CSR experience in a technical environment. You would be communicating directly with customers in a retail store front.

  • Greet and assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our products and services.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the technical support and sales teams to address complex customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Manage the store layout and ensure product displays are attractive and organized.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma (must have a 2 English CXC)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the tech or retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $5,500 to $7,000
