Our client is a renowned e-commerce provider specializing in high-quality photo books, photo gifts, home décor, and personalized stationery. Catering to the baby, bridal, holiday, and small business markets, we are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to help customers celebrate life's special moments.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will handle inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience. Flexibility to work shifts between 6 AM and 10 PM, including weekends, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries through phone, live chat, and email.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding order issues, including personalized content and order details.
  • Adhere to performance metrics for contacts, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Gather customer information thoroughly to assess needs and educate them about our products and services.
  • Aim for one-call resolution for customer issues, with appropriate escalation when necessary.
  • Balance company policy with customer satisfaction in decision-making.
  • Recommend improvements based on customer feedback regarding merchandising and site usability.
  • Process, track, and close orders efficiently using our internal fulfillment system.

Skills Required:

  • Strong computer skills, proficient in web navigation and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on proper grammar.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to manage resolutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong listening skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to adhere to processes and guidelines effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.

Education:

  • CSEC/CAPE or City & Guilds required.
  • Heart NVQJ certification or Associates Degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years in Customer Service, Retail Sales, or E-Commerce.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
  • A willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
  • Experience in technical support and troubleshooting is strongly preferred.
