We are looking for a highly energized Sabre Ticketing Agent to join our Commercial Air division. This role will be responsible for managing the entire process of sourcing, quoting, booking, and ensuring exceptional client experiences for commercial air travel. 
The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner who delivers exceptional service and consistently earns positive feedback. 
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Ticketing and Client Experience: 

  • Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
  • Arrange domestic itineraries for clients, ensuring their satisfaction from initial request through to post-trip follow-up.
  • Handle quoting and ticketing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for each client request with a focus on clear communication and care.
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing and inform customers of any additional fees or charges.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, bookings, and nancial transactions.
  • Generate reports and documentation as required by the travel agency.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues related to bookings, reservations, or other travel-related problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments or travel partners to address complex issues.
  • Ensure accurate invoice reconciliation and timely processing. 

Client Acquisition and Retention: 

  • Provide exceptional service, anticipate needs, and offer personalized travel solutions to maintain long-term client relationships. 
  • Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
  • Deliver quotes and itineraries promptly while maintaining a high level of urgency and accuracy.
  • Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
  • Strong understanding of a client travel policy and can consistently provide consultation to the customer. 

Collaboration and Teamwork: 

  • Collaborate with Travel Advisor and support their request to ensure seamless execution of client travel plans.
  • Collaborate with our ticketing agents to deliver timely and effective solutions 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of consecutive sales production
  • 2 year experience with Sabre Tickecting is a must
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to solve the clients travel needs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
