Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Summary:
As a vital part of our team, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers through telephone, email, and live chat. Flexibility to work shifts between 6 AM and 8 PM, including weekends, is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Follow up on outstanding orders, ensuring accuracy in personalized content and details.
- Adhere to performance metrics for contacts, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
- Gather and assess customer information to educate them about our products.
- Strive for one-call resolutions, escalating issues when necessary.
- Balance company policies with customer satisfaction in decision-making.
- Recommend improvements based on customer feedback about merchandising and site usability.
- Efficiently process, track, and close orders through our internal system.

Skills Required:
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in web navigation and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, emphasizing proper grammar.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and resolution management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong listening skills.
- Ability to adhere to processes and guidelines effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.

Education:
- CSEC/CAPE or City & Guilds required.
- Heart NVQJ certification or Associate Degree preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in Customer Service, Retail Sales, or E-Commerce.

Other Requirements:
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting is a plus.
