Position Overview:

Startek is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and personalized service.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed thoroughly.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 CSEC subjects, including English A.
  • At least three months of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software systems.
