CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (INHOUSE SALES ) MONTEGO BAY

Main Responsibilities, Qualification, and Experience

• Engage directly with Customers , offering product information, assistance and support
• Drive sales by recommending products, upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets
• Maintain thorough understanding of products, including features and benefits
• Minimum of two  (2) years experience in sales and customer service.
• High School Dploma 
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of home decor would be an advantage
• Experience in selling Home Finishing Products such as Flooring, Plumbing Supplies, Kitchen Cabinets , Appliances, Lighting Fixtures, Furniture & Home Décor would be an asset.
• Have the ability to work efficiently & effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
• Have the ability to work on own initiative and be creative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
