CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

A leading supermarket chain is seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representative for Kingston, St. Catherine and Montego Bay Locations.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the supervision of the front-end team, ensuring that harmonious staff relations are maintained amongst the team and excellent service is given to customer at all times; to process customer returns accurately and in accordance with Company policy and respond to Customers inquiries by phone or in-person in a friendly and professional manner.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 CXC’s including English or certificate in Supervisory Management
  • 2 years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Must be able to stand for long hours
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays 
  • Must be able to work on shifts
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Very good problem solving kills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written format
  • Strong organizing, time management and coordinating skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and use of MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong capacity to successfully work in a team environment
  • Must be able to acquire Food Handler’s Permit while on the job
